NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

The CCEHOA Board of Directors hereby gives notice that a special meeting of the Canyon Creek Estates Homeowners' Association will be held on Thursday, January 9 2025, at 6:00pm at the New Castle Public Library Community Room, 402 West Main Street, Newcastle, CO.

There will be a zoom link which will also allow homeowners to join by phone if you are not able to make it to New Castle in person.


The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a further revision of Section 7.3.22, Short Term Rentals in the Covenants, Review a ballot associated with this revision, and answer any homeowner questions regarding these items.


More information and the ballots themselves will be mailed to all homeowners by January 6 2025. If you do NOT receive a ballot by that time, please email board@ccehoa.info and we will make sure you receive a digital one.
