Ballot Results - 10/30/22

Dear Homeowners:


Thanks to all of you who returned your HOA ballots for the proposed changes to our community’s covenants. Out of a total of 66 lots eligible to vote, 58 ballots were returned. We did not count one ballot due to a missing signature that the owner was unable to obtain by the ballot submission deadline.


Per Section 10.6(a) of the Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Canyon Creek Estates, any amendment to the Covenants may be made with approval of not less than fifty-one percent (51%) of the owners; thus a minimum of 34 votes in favor are required to pass each of the proposed changes.


A copy of the ballot is attached. The summary of results is as follows:
