Meeting of the Board – Minutes

Date: January 25, 2024

Time: 6:00 PM

Location: Stephanie Wagner Residence

In Attendance: Kyle Mackelroy, Travis Cox, Stephanie Wagner, Kevin Illick, Michael Colangelo, Shannon Pelland (by phone), Roy Hovland (by Phone @6:35PM)

Kyle made a motion that “the Board to go into Executive Session to discuss the Law suits that have been brought to the HOA regarding the Short Term Rentals” Travis Cox seconded. The Board came out of Executive Session at 6:35PM.

Roy Hovland joined the Board meeting at 6:35PM.

Election of Board members:

Travis Cox to Vice President of HOA Board

Michael Colangelo to Secretary

Discussions of Committees:

• Water/Waste Water Treatment – Lead Pipe Water Study, waiting on State Regulations-not out yet.

• Firewise Community – No report

• Road Committee –

• Architectural Committee – Develop a form for approving work to be done at residences.

• Spring Clean up set for April 27 & 28.

• Fence at entry instead of trees and bushes

Motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting at 7:25PM.

Next HOA Board meeting February 22, 2024 at Shannon Pelland residence.
